I have been teaching for 10 years and have experience in both elementary and middle school.

My teaching is unique in the sense that I not only share knowledge with my students, but I also elicit knowledge from them. For example, while I am teaching, I didn’t simply teach formulas and methods of solving problems, I also explained to my students the value of understanding numbers and the great things we can use math for, such as the ability to think logically. I am sure to individualize instruction for all students to meet their needs. 

I create a comfortable environment for all students so that they feel okay with making mistakes while they are learning.

I am a middle school math teacher and have been teaching for 10 years. I also have experience teaching elementary school. I have a passion for teaching and love helping students understand the theory behind math as well as how it applies to our everyday lives. I have a knack for meeting student where they are academically and helping increase their knowledge and skills in math.
