Hi I'm Chris! I was raised in the UK near London and was fortunate enough as a child to be exposed to many different styles of music and to musicians from all walks of life. When I later received a scholarship to attend Berklee College of Music my musical world expanded even further. I realized early on that not only does music unite people, but that music has an incredible power to take us on a journey, to evoke emotion, to express something that transcends what our vocabulary is capable of expressing. We all have our own voice and story to tell through music. Nothing gives me greater joy as a teacher than to witness a student express themselves confidently and proficiently through music, and for them to break through their beliefs about what they thought they could and couldn't do. Every student is unique with their own special talents and challenges to overcome. It is my hope and purpose as a teacher to find out the very best way for you to not only reach your goals, but to surpass them! I look forward to meeting you!
