A Time To Dance

Teaching a more robust intermediate class. I wanted to utilize this class as more of an R&B class to bring back the smooth, fluid like, movements of hip hop.

Tierrasanta Youth Center

I am a coach for a repeating 8 week course for the Hip Hop division for teens at the Youth Center. I teach a new group of teens every 8 weeks. At the end of the 8 weeks, they perform what they've learned in a showcase performance at the youth center. I teach them choreographies, formations, and transitions.

Upland High School

Taught a master class during the summer. Included about 30-40 students from the high school. Students that were trying to earn their 2nd chance at the hip hop team, students that were already on the team, and students that graduated from the team. I was also there during auditions and some team building events.

U Fancy Dance

Mondays - Beginners Hip Hop Teaches 8 counts and helps you recognize patterns in hip hop movements. Fridays - 4 week Course, Intermediate/Advanced Hip Hop Teaches a choreography primarily based off lyrics, ad libs, and sounds while still on beat. Introduces formations and transitions week 2 and 3. The 4th week is rehearsing everything and creating a music video type feel for social media to showcase what was learned.
