I am an AMAZING chef!! With over 30 years of experience food is my passion and Life's Blood! I have learned and practice just about every kind of style, flavor and technique from around the world and always have my mind open to try and learn new things! I also have a very unique talent where I can sculpt my chewing gum into all different shapes! Animals, Fruit, Vegetable, Letters, Numbers, heck just about anything, no hands involved just teeth, lips and tongue! I am the only person I know of in the entire United States. I have appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Country Fried Video and The Ellen DeGeneres Show. In August 2009, I went to Koln, Germany for an appearance on a variety show there called “Granate Wie Wir”. I also got involved with a Japanese television program, “Sekai No Hate Made Itte Q!”, which aired in Japan on Halloween 2010!
