My lessons are tailored to each student. I’ve worked with dancers, athletes, businessmen and full time moms ranging in age from 11 to 92. My approach is “old school” Pilates using the reformer with exercises to tone, lengthen, and awaken the entire body. - Improved balance - Increased flexibility - Stronger core - Better posture - Lengthened muscles I had a 12 year career as a professional dancer with my main focus on Classical Ballet. In 1989, after a dance related injury I turned to Pilates for re-hab. I was hooked and began teaching the following year. After teaching for 10 years, I took a break to raise my two wonderful kids. Earlier this year I resumed instructing and enjoy helping others benefit from the overall mind-body connection one feels when Pilates is part of their life. I bring a professional quality portable reformer to your home.
