I am a highly experienced guitarist who is fluent in practically every style. Though i specialize in classic rock and heavy metal. I have been playing guitar for 8 years and teaching for 4. My class focuses on giving beginners a great solid set of skills to expand on and find their own voice on guitar, I aim to give students the exact tools for their skill level, I am a very relaxed and friendly teacher, i believe in never overwhelming or discouraging my students by bombarding them with abstract music theory concepts their first day playing guitar. My lessons are designed to slowly and healthily build technical ability in a stress free and helpful environment where every question is answered and explained in detail. Students will learn to play musical concepts, including but not limited to by any means: Scales, chords, modes, songs, improvisation and techniques from simple palm muting and, to highly technical sweep picking patterns, tapping and string skipping. This is the perfect class for beginners wanting to gain confidence and learn their favorite songs, or hardened guitar shred veterans wanting to jam and learn new tricks.
