What is different about my style? I attribute my success in teaching Microsoft and Excel to equipping students with techniques that makes them independent and confident users in short amounts of time. The way I see things is that people learn Microsoft and Excel to tackle challenges and the sooner I can help you solve these situations the more time you will have to do the things you love. (Note: All lessons are less than 45 minutes). Is this going to be too hard? No, the lessons will be straightforward and we will talk about examples of situations that you can use what you have learned. I am a big fan of cooking, sports, and music so you will probably get some funny metaphors along the way. Why do think you are an excellent teacher? I currently hold three degrees in business from the University of North Florida (Masters in Business Administration) and I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). I have additionally done extensive formal training reaching Excel Level III (Advanced). Over the course of a decade, I have provided subject matter level reporting and analytics for industry leading organizations in technology, hospitality and higher education. What will I learn? Well, it depends on your environment and your goals. At the highest level we will start working on Excel automation of reports, advanced formulas such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, conditional statements, nesting, pivot tables, etc. If the stuff above looks like Greek don't worry=)
