Cooking with Cedeka L.

My name is Cedeka. I have been cooking for the past 15 years. I have gone through the simple frying an egg at 10years old to burning my self. Yes I too learnt the hard way. To mastering a perfect poached, fried or scrambled egg at 14yrs. I can now say I am a talented chef within the kitchen. Roasted chicken, seafood boils, stew peas, rice &peas you name it I will teach you it. Cooking should be fun, cooking should be relaxing and once you get the hang of it, you will find making meals extremely easy with confidence. I currently specialise in Caribbean dishes. I look forward to teaching you the skills I know.
