I am a professional Actress, Director and Content Creator. I have worked in the industry for over ten years and have coached friends and fellow actors for the past three years. I have studied with some of LA's premier studios and have a well rounded set of skills that work for both auditions and character. Whatever your needs maybe I can help you cultivate your authentic self and skills. As storytellers we are most times very sensitive and a large component to our success is the real confidence to harness our own specific skill sets to book the room and more so the job! I have found through teaching most of our limitations are actually our super powers! The moment we surrender to ourselves is the moment we fly. it is my objective to get you off the page and confidently living the life of the character through your own authentic expression. With mentality and story work I am able to be a guide to get yourself from the day dream to living the dream or cultivate whatever is your unique expression!

I have been working with Catrina for about 6 months and love going back to her reliable open approach. I had a major audition for a cable show and i knew that i would need help to take it to the next level to be considered for the role. So i went to Catrina. After discussing and breaking down how we saw the scenes and things that we felt as a team would work. We got to work and it feels like playing; you know, before getting roles meant rent or not. She’s great at letting the actor take control but also gently guiding your work to a direction you might not have considered. She is reliable, gracious, kind, understanding and very knowledgeable about the industry she a working actress and content creator she’s in it and always betting on you to win. I highly recommend Catrina.
