American Sign Language with Catrice E.

I am graduated from Lamar University with a bachelor's degree in American Sign Language. I have taught ASL 1-3 for 5yrs and 2 years K-8. I am passionate about Deaf Culture and Deaf Educations. I use to teach ASL in church and we (performed) signed different songs who were also ASL students. I am knowledgable of ASL vocabulary and grammar rules also able to hold a descriptive conversation with other ASL teachers, deaf students, and their parents. I have a complete understanding of the Deaf Culture that includes literature, art, believes and history. I have a real desire to help teach students and adults how to communicate efficiently with others. I want my students to feel confident while signing to there peers as well as Deaf and ASL students.
