    About Catherine D.

I'm a world travel junkie and coffee lover. I grew up in the SF Bay Area in a bilingual household, and continued to explore the world and the diverse and vibrant people who fill it. I studied Spanish and International Studies as an undergrad, and used my language skills to tutor throughout university, and ever since. I pursued dual careers in education and translation, working as a linguist and teaching in both the United States and Spain. In my free time, I've explored Western Europe, Asia, and Latin America. I work hard to be an accessible language instructor and hone my own skills by continuing to be a language learner myself! The current language I'm working on is French. I love meeting new people and sharing experiences and am looking forward to meeting you!
