    Loving what I do is what makes me an effective and popular Spanish Teacher/Tutor. As a Native Speaker of the target language, I had to learn English. Having had that experience, has helped me to relate to the difficulty involved in language acquisition and to become more compassionate with my students and their needs. I have been teaching / tutoring successfully for over 15 years now. I have worked with students from elementary school - college level ( Undergrad/Grad). I have a Certificate in AP Spanish Literature, which is the highest level of High School Spanish. I have also worked with adults who wanted to increase their knowledge of the language and culture for both leisure and business reasons. Keeping in mind the needs and goals of my students, each class is designed to cater to the individual's needs. !Buena Suerte con su aprendizaje del idioma!

    My daughter absolutely adores Ms. Catilina. She has a lot of patience, kind, informative, and overall an outstanding teacher.

    My daughter absolutely loves Ms. Catilina. She is extremely nice, has patience , informative, enthusiastic (great energy) and all and all a well rounded individual. She works at the pace of your child or self, and is there every step of the way. There is a balance with teaching and incorporating a little fun. I couldn’t have picked a better Spanish teacher. I highly recommend.

    I was so happy with my lessons. When I mentioned anything I wanted to learn more on, We did it the very next scheduled lesson. I had been learning on my own but lacked the confidence speaking with people, besides my boyfriend. As the lessons went on, I was building that up and now I am confident and excited to be speaking more Spanish with everyone.
