Hi there! My name is Cassandra, and I'm a vocalist, stage performer, and teacher. I'm 23 years old, and hold a degree in music from the Stetson University School of Music. I've been teaching since I was in college, and I have experience with students of all ages. I'm a trained opera singer, and specialize in classical vocal technique, but I also perform and teach musical theatre as well.

Outside of teaching, I perform regularly in both classical and musical theatre settings. Past opera roles include Papagena in Die Zauberflote, Suor Genovieffa in Suor Angelica, Kate in Pirates Of Penzance, and Mrs. Herring in Albert Herring. Past musical credits include Amalia in She Loves Me, Johanna in Sweeney Todd, Peter in Peter & The Starcatcher, and Miss Dorothy Brown in Thoroughly Modern Millie. I have gotten to perform in numerous notable venues both nationally and internationally, including Carnegie Hall, the National Opera Center, and at the Interharmony Music Festival in Sulzbach-Rosenberg, Germany.

With me, students can expect a heavy emphasis on the development of healthy vocal technique, through use of learned exercises and in the pieces of music they learn. My curriculum is tailored to the student's goals. I am very happy to help a student prepare for auditions or competitions of any kind, or help them with music from a possible production they've been cast in. Or if someone just wants to learn to sing, I'm happy to be of service!
