Hi! My name is Casey and I graduated from UNC Pembroke with a Bachelors in Music Education with a concentration in voice. I am currently a music teacher for Davie County Schools. I have had experience performing including traveling to Mexico City, Mexico to perform with a choir, performing in different concerts, and singing for churches and weddings. I directed a church choir for 3 years and directed a children's choir for 1 year. I have played piano at churches and for multiple church events. My experience in piano consists of 8 years of piano lessons growing up and lessons throughout college. I am looking to teach beginning or intermediate voice and piano lessons to students who would like to learn the basics of how to properly sing and play. These lessons will include instruction on music theory, sight singing/playing, and proper singing/playing techniques. If you are preparing for an audition, want to start your child in lessons, or maybe just want to sing or play for fun I could be the perfect fit for you!
