I am also currently in my second year of graduate school for mental health counseling and neuroscience.  I have always been a go-to person for friends and family and coworkers to listen to peoples situations and give impartial advice.  I am always constantly seeking to improve myself and this helps me be better able to help others.  I have experience helping others that have lived through abuse and trauma as well as people who just need help with their day today management of their life.  I also work with entrepreneurs who need help coming up with ideas to improve their business.

I am often sought out by others for advice or to just listen so they can vent.  I really want to spend my life helping people achieve their dreams and learn healthy ways to deal with their daily problems and things that life throws at them.

I am a mother of three who loves working with children.  I have experience working with children with special needs as well as adults. I am pretty easy going and very accepting of different personalities, backgrounds, races and religions. I love diversity. I have worked in civil rights for eight years and am currently in school for mental health counseling.  I am a certified nursing assistant and have CPR certification and am also Certified Integrative Wellness Life Coach.
