Hey there! My name is Carla, I was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina and have been living in the States for the past 8 years. I moved to Miami, FL when I was 18 and gained my English certification from the University of Miami! After a few years of Floridian humidity I decided to move to Los Angeles, CA to pursue my career in the Performing Arts (Yes! I sing, act, dance and play some piano!) I have Spanish speaking friends from all over the world so I am familiar with the different dialects, slang and fun words that differ form country to country!

I've purchased Rosetta Stone. I used Duolingo. Took Spanish classes all throughout school. But only after I started spending time with Carla did my Spanish really start to improve. Working one on one with someone (who has mastered both Spanish & English) is undeniably important. She tailored the lessons to me, unlike any software or large classroom possibly could. She sent me home with homework assignments and had real printed lessons for me to work on each week. Not to mention how charming and incredibly cool and likable a person she is. I couldn't recommend anyone more!

Carla is sweet, funny, kind, and patient. I could not have been any luckier with finding a new Spanish teacher. She is probably the 4th I’ve tried and BY FAR the best!
