Cara is extremely knowledgeable about using Essential Oils to improve our health. Her delightful, bubbly personality pairs beautifully with her delivery skills and informative instruction. Cara was fantastic! Her energy and knowledge about essential oils made the entire class really easy to understand, and I was engaged with the lesson the entire time because she made it very interesting. I really enjoyed getting to learn about the benefits of essential oils and also about what Doterra’s company is doing to empower people around the world. I highly recommend Cara!!

In the class I attended with 16 people, Cara introduced the benefits of essential oils and gave examples of effective uses of common oils. She helped each person in the class see the benefits for them personally and understand the importance of using pure products for health, avoiding essential oils that have additives in them. I found Cara to be an excellent communicator who was able to present complicated information in a way that was very understandable to someone new to the topic. I would highly recommend her as a teacher and trust her to help me understand the use of natural products, including essential oils, for my personalized health plan.
