I provide vocal musical leadership for the large and affluent congregation of San Marino Community Church singing for regular Sunday services and special events including funerals, weddings, and special concerts. SMCC employs a large group of highly consummate music professionals from the LA music scene including fellow LA Master Chorale singers and SAG-AFTRA members producing a very high quality music program at the church.

Seattle Opera

Performed with the "Opera Goes to School" program at Seattle Opera, singing the tenor roles in Eric Bank's operatic trilogy "Our Earth". During the course of the year, we toured to multiple elementary school locations in the Puget Sound region and across Washington state presenting live opera to thousands of kids during the season.

University of California Santa Barbara

-Envisioned, developed and maintained an original syllabus and course of instruction in accordance with university learning standards and personal teaching goals. -Facilitated the expression of each student’s artistic curiosity -Auditioned and selected students from pool of 40-50 applicants each quarter (roughly 120-150 students/year) -Constructed and maintained a weekly schedule of 7-13 private lesson sessions -Problem-solved and managed risk with difficult students -Weekly lesson planning, tailored to balance individual student needs with class-wide achievement goals

Private Studio

As a private voice teacher I plan, execute and maintain a curriculum of personalized instruction for each of my students, teaching a variety of ages ranging from elementary age to students in their 70s. I approach each student as an individual whether they want to better choral singers, more adept and proficient solo singers, want to sing for the school talent show, or are preparing for an audition. I teach a range of styles of music: pop, rock, folk music, R&B, opera, oratorio, art song with a foundation in classical Italian/Swedish technique. For all students, I place a great emphasis on musicianship and ear training, helping my students read music from sight and become better musicians. I care deeply for my students, and use my professional singing experience, knowledge of the vocal mechanism, repertoire knowledge, and sensitivity to each students needs and tailor instruction so they succeed as quickly as possible.

St. Barbara Parish, Old Mission Santa Barbara

Principal cantor for weekly Sunday masses, festivals/feasts, votive masses, weddings and funerals. While as cantor and member of member of the choral scholar at St. Barbara, I was privileged to present featured programs for the American Choral Directors Association Western Conference, Music Academy of the West, and Catholic Medical Association. I have experience singing Gregorian/Aquitanian chant, Medieval/Renaissance motets, and a great wealth of other liturgical music.
