Hello! I am a professional ballet dancer with American Contemporary Ballet. I have been dancing my whole life and enjoy sharing my love of the art form. I can provide customized classes, for all levels, targeting whatever the student chooses to focus on: learning ballet from the beginning, perfecting technique, stretching/ conditioning, choreographing for performances, ballet history, and much more. I have a lot of experience in Pilates style cross-training and nutritional advice. I can help set goals to live a happy, healthy, dancer lifestyle. In addition, I have experience teaching ballet to children with Down Syndrome. Whatever your goals are, I am here to help you reach them through the joy of dance!
