Hi, I'm Bri! I'm a graduate of North Central College with a BA in Music (Emphasis in Composition and Percussion) and a minor in History. I absolutely love music, every single aspect of it. I love to make music a part of everybody's lives who want and need it. I want to help you with your musical needs. I have been playing percussion for 17 years, singing for 23, and playing piano for 19 years. I was a member of a recording and performing Chicago band, Oblio and Arrow, where I provided backing vocals and helped with the song arrangements. I also record vocals for different artists hooks, jingles, choruses, and entire songs (covers and originals).
History has always fascinated me. They way our world has developed and changed, and continues to evolve is amazing. Everything can be tied back to the past, and I feel it's important to take a look back, put yourself in that time, and really study how things were to help understand why things are the way they are now.
Crocheting and knitting are a couple of good habits/hobbies I picked up about 8 years ago. I sell scarves online and I'm always working on some sort of project. I will have you knitting and pearling with the best of them!
Music, history, crochet, and knitting....I'm your girl!
I play percussion in a group/orchestra that plays the music scores written for various films, ads, and trailers.
I record vocals in-studio or remotely for different artist and clients.
I crochet and knit custom scarves
I help customers with their music theory homework or problems
I compose, arrange, and transcribe different pieces and projects for clients as an independent contractor.
I arrange and orchestrate the percussion part in various pieces within the musical, Red Glow Czar. I also consulate and look over the score.
I come in to sub voice, piano, and percussion lessons
Broadcast Music Inc. was founded in 1939 by forward-thinkers who wanted to represent songwriters in emerging genres, like jazz, blues and country, and protect the public performances of their music. Operating on a non-profit-making basis, BMI is now the largest music rights organization in the U.S. and is still nurturing new talent and new music.+ Read More

She's the sweetest, most patient, and talented vocal coach I've worked with. Didn't know I needed one until exactly one session with her, and now I *need* her! Highly recommended.
She's great! Super patient and very unjudgmental.
Very patient and understanding! She was great 😀
Brianna was a great piano teacher! She listened to my goals and really helped me achieve them! She is extremely knowledgable, too.
Great teacher! I have never had a so clear explanation on how things work on our voices, both mentally and physically.
Brianna is very patient and easy to learn from
Very nice teacher
I went to college with Brianna and we were in the same concert band. She is a highly skilled musician! She definitely inspired me to grow as a musician myself by helping me learn songs and being a great player/singer herself. After college I joined an originals band. After a time we needed another singer/percussionist/keyboard player. I immediately thought of her and she shortly joined after and was an amazing fit!
As a former band member of Brianna's I very highly recommend that you take lessons with her. She is incredibly helpful, positive, skilled, and a genuinely good person who is easy to work with.
Best of luck in your musical endeavors!
Fabulous teacher. Fabulous person. Fabulous overall musician!
I've been playing music with Bri for quite some time! As an experienced musician, I've also been able to learn from her! Any student of hers is lucky!
Discovery of solfege. Professional. High level
Brianna is so sweet and very helpful. She is easy to learn from because she's very patient, which you don't always get with teachers. I feel I have improved a lot since working with Brianna
I wanted to make scarf for my cousin's birthday, but I didn't have any training and the crocheting books were intimidating. Bri was patient and knowledgeable with her instructing. Now my cousin has a beautiful scarf.
Brianna is very patient with my two girls. She is a very good teacher and I have really seen an improvement with their singing. They are more confident now than when they first started.
Learning more and more each time.
Great teacher with young kids. Very patient with beginners.
What I didn't know
I felt I had a good grasp on Modern history until my eyes were opened to facts that I did not know existed. Wonderful illustrations, and organization and research. Wonderful lesson. Can't wait for next session!
