    About Brian M.

    I have been a fitness fanatic my entire life. Growing up, I played football, soccer, basketball and baseball. Out of high school, I was recruited to play both soccer and baseball. I decided to accept the baseball scholarship, specializing as a pitcher during college. My love of fitness and sports led me to pursue a career as a Physical Education / Health teacher & coach. Over the past 8 years, I have had the pleasure of teaching some amazing students in the classroom. Currently I teach 3 year olds (PK3) - 5th grade students for DC Public Schools. During this time I have also coached soccer, boys & girls basketball, baseball, and softball teams. I have conducted numerous 1-1 sessions with student athletes focusing on their strengths and areas for growth. The past 3 years, I have coached Crossfit classes in Arlington, VA.
