Hey! My name is Brian and I teach guitar, bass guitar, and music theory out of Duke's Bike Music Studio in Marlton, NJ. A little about myself, I'm 34, married and have two kids. I've been playing guitar and bass since I was 12 and professionally teaching music since 2008. Aside from playing in various bands in the South Jersey/Philadelphia area, I'm a guitarist, upright bassist, and vocalist in the 553rd Air National Guard Band of the Northeast. I'm also the Music Director for the 553rd's popular music ensemble. I studied music and music education at Camden County College and Berklee College of Music.
Over the years, I've developed a method of teaching that uses songs my students like as the example for learning technique and music theory. My students are of all ages and range from never-played-a-note to gigging musicians looking to change things up a bit. Duke's Bike Music Studio is conveniently located near the Promenade shopping center. My rates are competitive and my schedule is flexible. Hit me up and we can get you scheduled right away.
Thanks!
PS: I DO have availability! After years of juggling students, gigs, and military obligations, I've found it's best not to list my available time slots because they change so often. Shoot me a message and I'll be sure to make room for you in a way that best fits your schedule.
