Professional Instructor of 15 years. Each lesson is designed to develop your strength, balance, flexibility and self defense through traditional martial arts training. Lessons are tailored specifically to you, so you will progress at your own pace. There is a specific curriculum of material that you will learn including various stances, punches, kicks, self defense techniques and kung fu forms and eventually weapons. I also have supplementary material to help you study and practice between lessons. How far you want to go is up to you!

Hey what's up! This is Sifu Kuttel and I have been training in the art of Choy Li Fut kung fu for the last 20 years, and have been teaching professionally for the last 15 years. I've worked with students of all ages, ranks, and abilities and am looking forward to helping you achieve your martial arts goals.
