Having a personal practice spanning over 40 years, my journey with Yoga first began in 1975 when I participated in a 6 week introductory course, I was 16.

I truly love all aspects of Yoga, the physical as well as the spiritual, and enjoy sharing with others that which brings happiness and joy. That desire led me to instructing. At it’s root yoga means union, or unity of mind, body, and spirit. I like that and offer a portion of each aspect to my students.

Brian Ball is a certified Yoga Instructor in the Himalayan Institute Tradition and is registered with Yoga Alliance. Providing yoga instruction for studios and private students with 40+ years of personal yoga experience, Brian shares a wealth of yogic knowledge regarding asana, pranayama, and meditation.
