My name is Brett, I have been playing in bands since 1992. I received a degree from Monroe Community College in performance: guitar in 2012. I've written recorded and performed my own music the last 5 years. I opened a recording/instructional studio in 2015 and I look forward to passing on my knowledge to students who are serious about music.

I just had my first lesson with Brett and he customized it according to my individual needs and circumstance. I am passionate about guitar and folk music but have no musical experience. Bretts plan is to start with the very basics and move forward from there. He was very patient with me and his directions were easy to follow. Though I am a senior I feel like I am 20 years old again and learning a new skill. Thanks Brett

Brett provides a unique blend of expertise and personalization in his teaching. He takes the time to find out what your musical interests and experiences are so that instruction can be targeted at specific goals. His love of music is apparent. I look forward to learning more about music and how to make my guitar sound good from him!
