I have been teaching all ages, but especially children since I was just a teenager. Now as an experienced piano & guitar teacher - I'm an extremely patient, sensitive and calm teacher with a unique curriculum that I can cater to any students needs. As a classical and jazz musician turned singer/songwriter, I'm interested in teaching not just instrument technique but overall musical fluency to and engaging every student's creativity including music theory, ear training & light improvisation. I teach not just how to play, but why we play this and empower students to write their own music when they are ready. I have two full-length self-produced albums out that I played all the instruments on and regularly perform in NYC and the North East. For over a decade, I've been teaching in major NYC institutions such as the Brooklyn Music Factory & NYC Elite and am excited to now be offering private lessons on my own.
