Trumpet with Brandon M.

Mr. Brandon McArdell is a third-year teacher at Holley Elementary School where he teaches 4th, 5th, and 6th-grade band as well as 5th and 6th-grade general music classes. He recently joined Holley after teaching in the Greece School District for a year and a half. Brandon is also the assistant director on the staff of the Greece Marching Blue Knights Marching Band. Originally from Baldwinsville, NY, Brandon moved to the Rochester area after completing his Bachelors of Music degree at Nazareth College in May of 2017 where he studied trumpet under Dr. Brett Long. Most recently, Brandon was a featured soloist with the Nazareth College Symphony Orchestra after winning the annual concerto competition in February of 2017. Brandon continues to teach private trumpet lessons and also plays trumpet locally in the Nazareth College Winds Program, at the Eastman School of Music, and at various events and gatherings. ​
