Music Theory with Brandon H.

I am a songwriter, teacher, guitarist and recording artist. I graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona with a Bachelors in Music with emphasis in guitar and music industry studies. I have experience teaching guitar lessons on an individual basis as well as being in a classroom setting teaching general music. I conduct simple and clear lessons tailored to each students age and starting level of experience with the guitar combined with a stress free and fun teaching style to keep students engaged and truly interested in learning. My experience in performing, recording, touring and curating music events in the music industry are all areas in which I would be happy to mentor students if they choose to go farther with their lessons. I currently perform in a touring indie band that has played acts such as Miami Horror, Capital Cities and Tijuana Panthers. I like to write in the indie, pop, funk and dance style but I think an understanding of technique and theory is essential to becoming a well rounded musician. My goal is to give you the tools you need to become a great musician.
