*** Specialties *** I play and teach primarily classical music. I do mix in other types of music for variety, such as holiday music in the Fall semester, and movie music and show tunes in the Spring and summer. Most of my students are in the Faber method, but I am familiar with and teach from the Alfred, Hal Leonard, and Bastien methods. All my piano students do theory exercises. Most of them take the state theory tests. I use Just the Facts and Theory Time for theory, and I also use other supplementary materials for additional practice. My students participates in recitals, festivals, and some take exams. I am an ABRSM teacher. Adult learners are welcome.
