I am a professional pianist and piano teacher. I have played piano for 17 years and studied Piano Pedagogy at the University of Central Missouri for a year before moving to the Dallas, Texas area. I currently have three full time students and I have experience tutoring students with learning disabilities. I've also received training specific to teaching piano students in high school and college. I individualize every lesson plan based on the student's specific needs and learning style. I am firm but believe in motivating through positive reinforcement to encourage students to want to succeed. You can expect to see growth from every lesson to the next.
