Brad was really fun to work with, has a true teaching gift, and taught a huge amount of information in a small amount of time.

I’ve gone to Brad before the last 3 auditions I did and he has helped tremendously. He’s very knowledgeable when it comes to understanding a monologue. Brad cares about this art form and thinks far beyond just saying lines with an emotion and it shows. I highly recommend you ask him for help on your next audition.

Brad has been my daughter’s (age 13) improv teacher for a year. It has been such a great experience for her! Brad is patient, encouraging, and fun. His wit resonates so well with her and his example and prompting have not only helped her with improv, but also with how she responds and interacts with others in general. He communicates in a way that she understands and helps her to feel confident in expressing herself (no fear of repercussions or embarrassment) - easy-going and in a way that has helped her grow. Five plus plus stars!!

Brad is a FANTASTIC teacher! He has taught many classes with Christian Youth Theater (CYT) and is our Improv coach in McHenry county. Our kids and parents absolutely adore him!!! He works so well with the kids that at our annual overnight camp this summer, one of his students was able to lead an improv game in front of 120 people. Our kids have grown enormously through Brad’s teaching and they just love being around him.

Brad was able to help my daughter prepare for lead role in Mary Poppins. It was her first lead role where she was literally on stage from beginning to end. He worked through pauses and reflection on character. She delivered a better performance because of Brad.

One of the most valuable things an instructor can offer is lessons they’ve learned from their real-world experience—and Brad has a ton of theatre and comedy/improv experience! He’s always fun to work with, has a great sense of humor, is very personable and has a lot of theatrical wisdom to offer! I would highly suggest you reach out to him and give his lessons a go!
