I can teach students to read music and pursue excellence, to learn how to play contemporary music using chord sheets, or both depending on the goals and preference of the student while stressing the importance of training the ear, which is where the confidence lies .Using methods that enables musicians to play what they actually hear and conceive and want to play rather than bore their listeners with just licks and "notes that work. "I'm not gigging currently, but being versatile , experienced and having formal training helps to make the learning experience easy, stress free and fun,and, that is especially what beginning and aspiring students need.
