Want to learn Spanish or need a tutor? My Name is Blanca and I am a native Spanish speaker from Colombia. I graduated college in Colombia and now also speak English and live in the United States.  I have been teaching Spanish and tutoring in a private school for the past 7 years. I have a passion for my culture and enjoy sharing that with others through my native language. I tailor my classes to meet your needs and work with adults and children of all ages. You don't even have to leave the house as I teach lessons via Skype. I was born in Colombia, and came to the United States in November of 1990. My native speaking language is Spanish. I have a degree in Administración Turística from Universidad Los Libertdores in Colombia, and a Bachelors in Psychology from University of South Florida in the US. I have been working with a private school and tutoring for 7 years.  I have attended the Art of Teaching Spanish from Rudolf Steiner College in the summer of 2012, and the Subject Teacher Seminar, at Emerson Waldorf School, during the summer 2013. I love my heritage and enjoy nature, music, and crafts.

My daughter is a very shy 7 year old that needed help with her Spanish. Blanca was very kind, gentle and patient which helped my daughter become instantly comfortable with her. My daughter is now starting to teach me Spanish. We are so grateful to have found Blanca.
