English with Blake C.

A Flinn Scholar, Blake C. graduated from The University of Arizona with a degree in Business Management in 2007 and later returned for a second Bachelor's in Music Theory History and Criticism which was awarded in December of 2013. He will be entering the University of Arizona's Musicology Program next fall in pursuit of a Masters of Music with plans to continue onward toward his PhD. Blake has tutored since his teens, but began pursuing tutoring seriously during his college career. During his time at The University of Arizona's Strategic Alternative Learning Techniques Center, or SALT Center, he has learned how to help students with learning and attention challenges reach their academic and professional goals. Blake can tutor a wide array of subjects and has developed a wonderful aptitude for taking complex concepts and breaking them down so that they become easy to understand. The SALT Center has relied on his expertise as a Tutor Leader as well, in which capacity he has served with distinction as a mentor and resource to fellow tutors. Blake has also earned his Master Tutor Certification through the College Reading and Learning Association.
