I have been teaching electric bass since 1990 - at B.I.T. (Musicians Institute) in Hollywood, Los Angleles College of Music, Rock’n’Roll Fantasy Camp, Paul Green's School Of Rock, privately and through clinics. I have played professionally with Gold- and Platinum selling artists for over 27 years. I was born in Sweden, where I started playing the bass at the age of 13. Since moving to Los Angeles in 1993 I have toured and/or recorded as the bass player for many great artists including: Yngwie Malmsteen, Dio band, Quiet Riot, Uli Jon Roth (Scorpions), Robin McAuley (MSG/Survivor voc.), Soul Sign, Takara etc., as well as with members of David Lee Roth, Ozzy, Elton John, Journey, Heart, Sweet, The Beach Boys, Berlin, Buddy Guy, Chaka Kahn, and many more... *** Lesson Details *** I teach students of all genres, styles, ages and levels (beginners, intermediate and advanced). I cover anything or everything from Proper Right-/Left Hand Technique, Fretboard Orientation, Proper Warm Up, Tuning, Ear Training, Sight-/Chart Reading, Style Versatility, Groove, Timing and Theory to Speed Learning Techniques, Career Orientation, Gear Advice and much more. I have taught countless of beginners and also specialize in taking intermediate and professional musicians to a much higher level by making them understand bass playing and music in a deeper and more logical way.
