I usually eat very "clean & healthy".  I can show you how to make a healthy breakfast , lunch or dinner.  I enjoy taking a recipe and making it fit my way of eating!!

Hi!  I am Bette and I absolutely love to cook, bake and eat healthy or Not!  lol    I was teaching  at a Preschool for 3 years and my favorite thing was cooking with the children!  I have been cooking and baking my whole life and have taught my own four children how to cook. (all adults now and all are very creative)!  I love making soups, breads, cakes, cookies, brownies.  I also love Italian Dishes, Mexican Dishes and of course I am very good at Jewish Dishes!  I also do good old fashioned American Dishes!  One of my passions is to take a recipe and make it "healthy"......I would love to teach you to feel comfortable in the kitchen!!!  I look forward to this new adventure!!!

My mom makes the most delicious cakes and cookies! Ever since I was little, I've had friends crowd around my kitchen and watch her & help her bake. 26 years later, I have used her recipes and they are always a huge crowd pleaser. I've loved learning alongside her - she's a great, patient teacher!! You will certainly enjoy your time with her.

She's unbelievably talented! Her recipes are all healthy- she really likes to match taste and texture and she does all types of foods- Mexican, Italian, Jewish and good old BBQ! I think its because she enjoys cooking so much that she is such an excellent teacher. She is truly easy to work with- I knew nothing about cooking and now I look forward to each lesson and to each meal I prepare at home (am almost afraid to recommend her so highly- really wanted to keep her a secret!)
