Knitting with Bernadette A.

I have been knitting for twelve years and I have ten years of teaching experience. I have taught all of my children and the neighborhood children to knit and enjoy uplifting the spirits of others with this beautiful art. I am located in California and am available on webcam only unless by appointment in person. My primary focus when tutoring is to ensure that the experience is a happy one and the student learns the requested skill and is more confident about knitting that before we engaged. Yarn is very forgiving. Knitting takes patience and time but is very relaxing. I enjoy every moment of it. A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME I enjoy knitting everything and with every type of yarn. I do not discriminate. The only type of yarn I do not like is the yarn that runs out in the middle of a project. I enjoy knitting for charity and for those in need. I donate to hospitals and I knit for people that are battling cancer. I encourage others that I teach to knit with the same amount of love and compassion. This is a great passion of mine and I want to share my passion with the world. This is a lost art and I want to continue this wonderful art to every generation. I would also like to ensure that I am prepared with materials, equipment, books, etc. to ensure full learning occurs. The student is expected to bring their equipment.
