I first picked up the guitar when I was eight years old and immediately fell in love. I began to play in many local Blues bands and went to jam sessions all over the Atlanta area while I was 9-14 years old. In high school, I was classically trained and won multiple classical guitar competitions. I was director of the Advanced Guitar class at my high school and we won superior ratings every single year we participated in the Large Group Evaluation Performance.
