Hi! I have been a professional educator for 25 years. I enjoy working with students of all ages and all levels of ability. I accept beginners, intermediate and advanced students. I have written numerous Percussion books for the Hal Leonard Corporation including: 'Workin Drums, 50 Solos for Drumset', 'Hal Leonard School for Snare Drum', '40 Intermediate Snare Drum Solos', and more! I currently teach out of my lesson studio in Nashville, TN, here on TakeLessons.com. In addition to teaching percussion lessons, I am an a private lesson instructor with Metro Nashville Public Schools as well as an instructor of music business courses in the Entertainment Business program at SAE Institute - Nashville. I have 30 years of live performance and recording experience. I am a Yamaha performing artist and currently endorse Tycoon Percussion, Vic Firth Sticks, Mike Balter Mallets and Aquarian Drumheads.
