Becca is an all-around performer who moved to Los Angeles from New York City almost 10 years ago. She is classically trained, but loves to explore her interests in many different genres. She believes in pushing students to break out of their comfort zones while still maintaining a safe and supportive environment. She starts from what excites and motivates her students because, above all, she believes in having a great time on this journey to cultivating a higher skill and comfort level. *** Lesson Details *** Lessons will begin with warm-ups and exercises designed to release tension and pressure to "do it right." We will work from a place of play and then build from there. Students can expect to develop a strong knowledge of how to warm up, and a solid book of material they feel comfortable with and excited about. *** Studio Equipment *** Keyboard *** Travel Equipment *** I have a keyboard in my apartment and I would expect my students to have either a piano or keyboard if I were to travel to their homes to teach. *** Specialties *** I specialize in pop singing (excellent riffing skill), singing for actors/musical theater, Linklater vocal technique, Roy Hart voice technique, and performance techniques.

Becca has helped me develop my mix and belt. She is very good at spotting what is needed for each different voice and has excellent techniques to help you achieve your goals. I've never been as content with a vocal coach.

Wonderful teacher! Fun, caring, and so helpful! Becca L. is an amazing teacher! I have such a fear of singing in front of people, and she helped me face that fear and get on the road to conquering it. She totally understood where I was coming from and worked with my specific skill level and ability. I always felt comfortable with her and had fun! She knew how to challenge me and push me to meet my goals, and I am so happy that I found her!
