I fell in love with performing and musical theater after high school, and decided to take the next step and work toward being a professional. The path to such lofty goals is never-ending and rewarding as long as one keeps their eye on the prize and makes sure to enjoy every difficult step of the process. Hard work will always persevere in the end, and nothing is unobtainable as long as you stay driven. Those are my motto's, but I also let myself have fun around that. I audition for professional musical theater, plays, and film/TV around the area constantly, so I know the dedication it takes to find the work doing what you love.
*** Lesson Details ***
We will begin each voice lesson by covering different exercises appropriate to your current goals and challenges. Next we will move on to a song, and dissect/ relate the exercises to the material. As the process continues we will adapt to your specific needs and interests in pursuit of your goals. We will also examine effective acting techniques for the song when necessary/ appropriate.
For Acting lessons we can examine material you bring in for auditions, or look at monologues and also work on scene application.
*** Studio Equipment ***
I may provide sheet music if they need help attaining it. I also might recommend a monologue, and have it available for them. I require that the music students have a voice recording device and a method to bring accompaniment to the lesson. Again, I'd be happy to assist in attaining accompaniment if necessary. They also need a binder and two copies of their music for lessons. Acting students need a notebook.

Parking can be an issue in Korea Town, but I have my times set to support available parking opportunities.
*** Specialties ***
I specialize in Musical Theater and Acting for Theater/ Film/ TV, but have a bevy of different techniques for singers/ Actors to try, all accumulated from my different teachers over the years.
I've learned from an assortment of classes of acting and singing teaching styles. Meisner, Stanislavski, and my individual teachers methods.
