Manage more than 36 cast members (approximately half the total cast) per day as part of DreamWork’s Madagascar Live! Operation: Vacation. Maintain budget of over $2M for Madagascar Live! Provided musical arrangements for Dolphin Christmas Show. Instituted College and School Audition Series resulting in 65% of our 2015 Summer Seasonal hires. Oversee contract negotiations for outside talent including Will Champlin and Katriz Trinidad from NBC's The Voice andThe Philharmonic from NBC's The Sing-Off! and Pitch Perfect 2.
