Most of my students achieve the highest grades on their NYSSMA test scores and get invited to all the music festivals such as LISFA , All County and All State.  Some of my students also get top seating positions, such as the concertmaster/mistress at these orchestras. I am a graduate of the Juilliard School and have been a professional violinist for many years.

I teach by explaining and demonstrating. Students are brought up to higher levels via specific practice techniques and by working on pieces that will be both fun to play as well as challenging. I welcome beginners as well as advanced levels of students

 In addition to playing the violin, I am also an award winning film composer and sound designer.

Hi Students!

I am a professional violinist. I love all kinds of music. I encourage my students to reach their music goals by developing their skills so that they can perform whatever they are interested in playing on the violin.

I also like to have fun during the lessons and play duets with my students. This helps to develop sight reading ability and is a great exercise for the fingers.

I welcome students of all levels.
