I started meditating in 1995 after several years of playing around with the practice. I experienced a car accident on my way to work after I completed meditation even though after I meditated I received guidance not go into work.
After that wake up call, I began a daily practice that has changed my life.
I am mindfulness and meditation ambassador who believes having simple tools and practices help you navigate through life's unpredictable nature. Dwelling in the past and anticipating the future causes us to struggle with life. We stress out when things don't go as planned...how often does that really happen anyway?
Learning to stay in the present moment allows you to struggle less and enjoy life more. Embracing change as a dear friend on your life's journey helps you thrive in today's busy world.
