I like to view the classroom as a place for exchanging knowledge with the students in a friendly atmosphere that encourages the students to learn English in a desirable environment away from the imposition of the traditional teaching settings. 
My teaching philosophy aims at teaching English through developing critical thinking about the topic by viewing all possible aspects of it. Multiple results of this strategy include increasing knowledge of the world and discovering more about the students’ own personal characteristics, in addition to improving their English and developing creative thinking. One good technique to achieve these objectives is working on building students’ growth mindset. This can be maintained through emphasizing challenges that teach students to search for new knowledge and explore more insights.
