August is an extraordinarily versatile guitarist who has been playing in Seattle for over a decade. He has studied under distinguished players of the electric, classical and steel-stringed guitar and at Berklee College of Music and Cornish College of the Arts. Gus has also studied with the guitar chairs of Julliard, Yale, Curtis and USC. Past performances have included works by J.S. Bach, Alex de Grassi, Edward Van Halen, Michael Jackson, T-cophony, Michael Hedges, Billy Strayhorn, Jimi Hendrix, Toru Takemitsu, Mississippi John Hurt and others. *** Lesson Details *** I love teaching and helping people discover their talent.
