B I O G R A P H Y Audrey is an International Yoga Instructor from Denver, Colorado. She now resides in sunny San Diego, California. Audrey’s yogic practice was profoundly introduced to her at 15 years old. The ancient practice of yoga enhanced her life so greatly and thus has made her teaching about helping others find their truest connection with themselves. Formally trained by Troy McPeak and the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Hawaii, Audrey has since become a professional private and group yoga instructor, a yoga retreat leader, and a holistic lifestyle blogger. Her mission is to continue to pass on traditional practice with modern technique that deeply resonates, heals, and transforms her clients lives.
