"Don't just sing, PERFORM!" Aubrey moved to Los Angeles after earning her BA in Theatre Performance and Musical Theatre at Marymount Manhattan College in New York City. Since moving to Los Angeles, Aubrey has taught as a summer Musical Theatre Director at the prestigious Youth Academy of Dramatic Arts (YADA). There she helped direct full musical productions of “Legally Blonde Jr” and “Once On This Island” with children ages 5-16. Aubrey is also a Beginning Ballroom Instructor at the Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Pasadena.
In her early scholastic career, Aubrey taught acting and musical performance to kids and young adults in Las Vegas for several years, where she grew up learning and discovering her passion for the arts. She spent this time performing in venues such as The Smith Center of Performing Arts and various showrooms on the Vegas strip. Some of her favorite roles include Violet (Violet), Mrs. Banks (Mary Poppins), and Elle Woods (Legally Blonde). She also had the incredible opportunity of starring in two, one woman shows, as a tribute to Doris Day and her singing idol, Barbra Streisand.
She is currently a soloist and dancer for a vintage chorus girls group, “The Hollywood It Girls,” where she has the pleasure of bringing Vaudeville theatre to life for a multitude of events, including a monthly residency at Pour Vous and The Federal in Long Beach. She is continuing to pursue her musical theatre career, while exploring the world of television and film.
Using her college training, performance experiences, and time spent as an educator, Aubrey specializes in vocal training, vocal performance, musical theater performance, acting, scene work, scene into song, audition preparation, and so much more! She tailors her lessons to every age, skill level, and need. But most importantly, she aims for you to have FUN.
Aubrey is thrilled to begin coaching private lessons again and is blessed to be able teach you while learning from you in return.

I have had the privaledge of being around the most iconic talents ever in show biz because of my father Harvey Korman. So having heard Aubrey Sing it harkens me back fo my favorite singers Joanne Gleason Bernadette Peters and Eydie Gormes,Karen Carpenters. The best compliment I can give Aubrey is that she is a songstress.Thats a artists who can sing and tell a story with inflection in all the right places while she expresses her humanity through song.Like her idol Barbara Streisand she is just one exuisite artists that lives and breaths and embodies every song she sings. You would be hard pressed to study with anyone as polished and dedicated as Aubrey.I don't have a daughter but if I did I hope she ends up like Aubrey then I know what it is to have created a masterpiece. She is a second generation artists her father is also a very sublimely gifted artists Glenn Williams here in Vegas.
I have been taking lessons from Aubrey since last year and she has been a tremendous teacher! She has an uplifting presence and passionate spirit as well as a wealth of professional experience. Aubrey has a great way of letting me develop my character on my own, while also critiquing and pushing me out of my comfort zone. Become a student of Aubrey Williams and take your passion to the next level!
My name is Glenn W., and I am an Acting Instructor, Vocal Teacher, and Educator of the Performing Arts at Takelessons.com, since 2005. I have received many awards and accolades during my tenure, (please feel free to peruse my Profile), and, to date, have accumulated over 75 student reviews, ALL 5-Star rated, and none of my reviews are ever solicited. I make mention of my successes as a preface to this review/recommendation because I believe that the young lady who has now made herself available for hire, Aubrey Williams, is on equal par with my abilities. I mentored Ms. Williams for many years here in Las Vegas, observing as she matured as a singer and actress, procuring many prime roles in productions around the Vegas Valley. Always hungry to learn and absorb, she ventured to Broadway and was accepted at the prestigious Marymount-Manhattan College in New York City. (Over a thousand applicants auditioned, less than 50 were chosen). After studying and further honing her craft with the Best of the Best in NYC, she secured her Degree in Musical Theater and returned to Las Vegas to contemplate her next professional move. In the interim, I hired her to teach at my studio, and observed her as she enriched the lives and skills of her students to such a degree as to astonish even ME, an old sage educator... It was her choice then to relocate to Los Angeles in 2019, where she was immediately accepted in the industry, and became gainfully employed as both a performer AND an educator. What is Las Vegas' loss, is now Los Angeles' gain. For any prospective actor OR singer, any age, wishing to begin a new journey in your life, or if you are already working professionally in the industry and desire to sharpen your skills, Ms. Williams would be my OVERWHELMING choice to guide and mentor you. She is passionate about her craft, and her passion is INFECTIOUS. She is currently a working actress and performer, so her skills are contemporary and relevant. She has a knack for providing what it is you require as an individual entity, to enhance your unique talents and presentation. And always, ALWAYS, her sessions are predicated upon having FUN. She is an amazing singer, a brilliant actress, and an accomplished dancer. In our business we refer to such gifted individuals as "Triple Threats"; and due to the fact that she has the extraordinary gift to TEACH these skills in a manner that is massively informative, enthusiastically creative, currently applicable, and passionately enjoyable, in my book makes Aubrey Williams a "Quadruple Threat"... If you are serious about this endeavor to which you are about to embark (and my guess is YOU ARE, or you would not be reading this right now...), look no further than Aubrey Williams to join you in your journey on a Magical Road to unleashing your abilities as an actor and/or a singer. Trust ME. It will the wisest, most satisfying and fulfilling investment you will ever make....
