Atalia is super nice and she created a very warm lesson atmosphere while also engaging my daughter. She is very considerate and careful in understanding my daughter's needs (she is 9 years old) - she focused on breathing which is very important at this stage and also in trying to find as song appropriate to study first to my daughter's liking.

Atalia is a great voice teacher. She is knowledgeable, patient yet persistent, and explains her understanding very well. It is an absolute pleasure having her as an instructor. I would recommend her highly to anyone interested in studying classical voice.

Speaking honestly, I was somewhat nervous to take lessons over the internet. How could a teacher possibly notice the nuances and mechanics of the human body during singing? Happily, Atalia has utterly erased my concerns. Amazingly, our lessons span two continents, as she lives in and teaches from Germany, and I take my lessons here in the US. Modern technology is amazing, yet nothing is lost in translation. She doesn't miss a beat, and I get to have a great teacher for a fair price with tremendous vocal knowledge and talent.

I have studied voice before, but thus far, I consider Atalia one of my most effective instructors. She has the talent, knowledge, and persistence that allows me to advance as quickly as my body and my practice commitment allows. Again, I am thrilled to have found her as a teacher, and I would recommend her highly to anyone seeking to develop their vocal instrument.

Just wrapped up my last lesson with Atalia and wanted to let others know she's the teacher to have for your speaking/singing needs! I'm not a singer, but needed help with learning how to speak more clearly and much louder, so i wouldn't sound so tired, or like i'm talking in my throat. She taught me how to breathe properly when I speak and kept encouraging me to keep trying, because like she said, learning how to breathe the right way is challenging and isn't learned over night. Have to practice! Her pleasant voice will always be in my head, reminding me how to speak so others can understand what i'm saying. This has built my confidence. Thank you, Atalia! You were a joy to work with.

I booked a series of lessons with Atalia 6 weeks before a public speaking engagement.

I didn't feel like Atalia prepared a long term plan towards my talk. It seemed like each lesson was winging it. I realize she's busy and has a lot of students, but I would have liked more personal attention. I enjoyed the work we did with breathing exercises and found them very helpful in keeping my voice loud and steady, but didn't gain a lot of insight into public speaking skills.

In addition, she was a no-show for our last scheduled lesson before my talk - the lesson that would have been most important. She asked to reschedule to accommodate her schedule, then wasn't online on Skype at our agreed upon time and didn't respond to my e-mails.

She may be better at lessons for voice or singing, but I would not recommend her services as a Public Speaking teacher.

I loved the lesson but was not given the entire time. Atalia contacted me to let me know she just discovered that she had stopped 15 min earlier and will make it up. I also received homework from her but cannot get at it on my computer. Have asked for her to resend and have not received it yet.

My son gifted me for X-mas 5 piano lessons w/ Atalia. Being new to piano with a dream to start when I retire, 10-12 years from now :) and with a busy 16 year old daughter who plays but has no time to teach me, I was not quite mentally ready. I also did not know what to expect from an Internet lesson experience and was very nervous before the 1st time.
After 4 lessons I can tell you that the 30 min. go by very fast and sometimes having the right technology / Skype setup may be the initial challenge but the overall communication / lesson flow is great!
Atalia has the best possible personality for an online-type lesson: extremely sociable and patient, polite, keeps track of time and extremely organized, predisposes you to learn, never condescending, very knowledgeable and a hard working young Lady!
I have now signed up for 5 more lessons and can play simple pieces. The only issue to getting better is with me; as with everything new, practice is the key to success and finding the time to practice has been hard.

Give Atalia a try and you will not make a mistake!

My first lesson with Atalia was fantastic! Having zero piano experience, I didn't really know what to expect with starting out, but she had me playing some basic stuff by the end. I can't wait to see where the remaining fourteen sessions take me!

I was very impressed by my first lesson with Atalia. I have never taken formal singing lessons before and she did a great job in figuring out where I was and what I needed to start working on. And she got right down to business too, definitely making the most of our half our lesson. I know I have a lot of work to do, but I can't believe after one lesson how opptomistic I am about being able to perform like I've always dreamed of!

Atalia is the best! =) I am a beginner so my lesson started from zero and I loved them! I had never dare to sing in front of people due to an early childhood trauma related to me singing, but Atalia is very patient, she clearly explains everything and besides having fun she made me feel I can sing anything I want. Sometimes it is difficult to believe my good fortune in finding an exceptional voice teacher. I always wanted to sing and since it didn't come natural I assumed it was only a dream.
Atalia has been supportive since day 1. I would cringe at how i sounded and she wouldn't seem phased at all. (If she was, she didn't show it :)) I'm grateful that she enjoys teaching and it isn't just a job. My journey continues and can say with confidence, " I'm learning to sing". I highly recommend her.

i am so Thankful that i chose Atalia for my singing teacher!!! i only did 5 lessons and learning how to sing properly verse singing wrong and with your chest....i learned so much and she was very patient with me that i really appreciated alot! Amazing teacher and singer. Atalia have helped me so much in her lessons. I wish I could give her infinite stars. Before her lessons I was struggling to understand music and sing. Now, I even started composing my own songs. She improved my confidence as a musician and that have influenced my life in a deep way. I feel like Atalia is a highly creative person and is always looking for ways to grow and improve my individualized lesson. She really taught me great tools to develop myself as a singer and guitarist. I see that she understands that everyone has a different way of learning and she tailor the time perfectly to improve my abilities and sensibility to music. I feel that I am accentuating my strenghts and expressing fully the unique qualities of my voice much better than before her first class. You will definally see improvement with time. My daughter loved having her as a teacher. She is truly amazing. My daughter learned a lot in the timeframe that she was her teacher. Unfortunately, Atalia moved out of the country & the lessons took place via skype. It was hit & miss with our internet which created problems with some of the lessons. So lessons had to be rescheduled or cancelled. If it wasn't for that I know for sure my daughter would still be getting lessons from this wonderful teacher.

Atalia is a wonderful teacher. We weren't sure how online voice lessons would work, but we decided to give them a try, and we are so glad we did! Atalia is talented, has a warm and approachable manner, and the skills to help my 11-year-old daughter make visible (and audible!) progress in just three lessons. We highly recommend her.

I don't know where to begin to describe how great of an instructor Atalia is. She is talented, intelligent, patient, sweet, and caring. Her love of music shines through each lesson we have.

Fantastic teacher

Atalia has been by far the most encouraging teacher I've ever had. Not only has she pushed me to places I thought I could never go, she has helped me believe in myself. Her passion for music shines when she teaches- I find her very motivating and easy to work with.

Awesome Teacher

Atalia is great with my 7 year old son. It's a challenge to find good training for someone his age because a lot of people have a hard time explaining concepts in a way a child can understand. With Atalia, he gets it and I can see great progress so far!

My 5 year old great granddaughter loves her teacher and her lessons..after only three lessons she'slearned so much! She looks forward to her weekly lessons and is eager to share what she learned.
