Music has always been a passion of mine since I was a young girl. I was born in Bronx, New York and raised in Stone Mountain, Georgia. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree from South Carolina State University in Music. I was in many ensembles from elementary school through college. I participated in Marching Band, Wind Ensemble, Concert Band, Jazz Band, Quartets, Choir, Show Choir, and so many more. My experience in Music is very profound. However, I enjoy teaching it. I love watching someone light up when they learn something new or achieve something they thought they could not achieve. My main instruments are my voice and trombone, however, along the years I picked up and continue to master them on my own. I am proficient in flute, trumpet, trombone, baritone, tuba, piano, and acoustic guitar. t is very easy for me to do that. I absolutely love teaching. I believe in my students and do not stop motivating them through my education. I am a very patient, energetic, and understand person not only in the classroom but in general. I make music fun, yet very understandable.
